Shipping charges listed on the website are ESTIMATES only. Actual shipping charges may differ. Customer is responsible for all shipping charges. Fuel surcharges may apply. Unless otherwise requested we ship via UPS Ground service. Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico require UPS Red or Blue service or, USPS Priority Mail. Express orders via UPS Next Day Air, 2nd Day Air, or 3 Day Air received by 2:00 PM EST will be processed the same day. Please allow from two to seven working days for UPS ground shipments and two weeks for Priority Mail. We attempt to ship all orders in the minimum number of cartons. Should your order merit alternative means of delivery we will get quotes for the best way freight collect and advise. Orders totaling in excess of $100.00 are automatically insured at a rate of .50 per $100.00 of declared value. This charge will be added to your invoice. Due to the nature of our business we do not back order items. All items are subject to prior sale and we reserve the right to limit quantities. Please indicate in the comment field of the order process if you would like us to contact you if an item(s) is out of stock. Shipping charges on all orders are non-refundable.
All shipments will have a standard $0.00 handling charge. Handling charges are non-refundable. Should your order require going on a skid and shipping via freight, a skidding/packing fee of $25 per skid will apply. If the items are highly fragile i.e. Glass, the packing fee may be more to make the order shipping worthy.
Returns & Replacements
Items may be returned for credit or refund at our discretion within 10 days of delivery. All returns must have an Return Material Authorization Number (RMA). Call between 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM EST Monday through Friday for a RMA. Please have your invoice ready when you call. Returns after 10 days of the invoice date are subject to a 20% restocking fee. No returns after 30 days. Non-defective returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee. Carefully pack your return and write the RMA on the outside of the box in plain sight. Returns without an invoice or RMA are subject to delayed processing and the 20% restocking fee. Due to their nature some items such as kits, cut or measured product (wire, heat shrink and tubing) and software are non-returnable. No freight collect or COD returns accepted. Parcels damaged in transit are the responsibility of the shipper. Shipping charges on returned goods are non-refundable. Adjustments must be requested within 6 months of the order or return.
Orders are periodically downloaded throughout the day. All orders placed after 2:00 PM ET will be processed on the following business day. Orders placed on Saturday, Sunday or on a National holiday will be processed on the next business day.
